UPDATE: March 2010
Hi all,
You may have been wondering what the hell we’ve been up to as things around here seem a bit quiet! This is mainly because we’ve actually been really busy behind the scenes (and also because Myspace is kind of dead, so add us up on http://www.facebook.com/tomorrowbringsgiants because we’re quite a bit more active on there!)
But what is this ‘behind the scenes’ nonsense I hear you ask? Well pull up a chair, cock your ear and let me tell me you…
1, Writing - At the end of 2009, we began hibernating in our rehearsal studio and put all of our efforts into writing four brand new songs. We’ve been pushing ourselves creatively more than ever and didn’t want to stop until we were 110% happy with the results!
2, Recording - Once we’d finished writing these songs, in February, we headed into Studio Glasseye in Hertfordshire to record them with the very talented Daniel Lancaster! Once again, we threw ourselves into this session more than we ever have done before and came out with something we’re all incredibly proud of. 3, Mixing - This is where we’re currently at, once again we want to get this just right so we’re going through various different mixes of the songs and fine tuning everything until we’re completely happy. Hopefully, we’ll have a song online within the next few weeks and we’re all so excited for you to hear it!
These four songs will form an EP which we’re hoping to release sometime in the Spring! We can’t get more specific than that at the moment, but you’ll all hear about it as soon as we know, in fact we probably won’t shut up about it!
